Right of withdrawal and additional 14-day commitment

A statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to distance contracts, subject to the applicable legal requirements. For this digital access offer, I additionally accept a withdrawal within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, even if you have already read paid knowledge sections or downloaded PDFs. You do not need to give a reason. To withdraw, please inform me by an unequivocal statement (for example by email or letter):

You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. I will use the same payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

Reading paid knowledge sections or downloading PDFs does not exclude this additional 14-day withdrawal option. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.

You may also submit your withdrawal declaration using the two-step online withdrawal function. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
